Overview

National Vocational Qualifications are a work based qualification that recognises the skills and knowledge a person needs to care for others in a broad range of health & social care settings. This qualification is essential to working in health and social care settings.

Did you know? The Care Quality Commission (CQC) states that providers must deploy sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, competent and skilled staff to meet the care needs of individuals. If you are an employer and would like to discuss these requirements, and how the Institute can support you in ensuring you have enough suitably qualified staff in your area, please do not hesitate to contact us.
